There’s something magical about Christmas – not just the lights, the music, or the snowflakes in the air, but the feeling it brings. For children, it’s a time of wonder. A time when they write letters to Santa with excitement, leave out cookies under the Christmas tree, and fall asleep with hearts full of hope. 


Christmas Day is a time of joy, reflection, and togetherness. It’s a celebration that brings people closer – a season of kindness, warmth, and giving. Whether it’s through sharing a homemade pastry, exchanging thoughtful gifts, or simply being present for others, Christmas reminds us of the simple yet powerful ways we can show care and connection.

A  Tradition of Giving Back

At BCC, Christmas is more than a holiday — it's a chance to protect that magic. To make sure that every child, no matter their circumstances, feels the joy of being remembered, loved, and believed in.

Over the years, the Christmas Bazaar has helped raise thousands of leva in donations, directly supporting children's hospitals, orphanages, educational programs, and other youth-focused causes across Blagoevgrad and nearby regions.

It's a reminder that small efforts, when combined, create big change. And for us students, it's time to turn compassion into action.
